One of Buddy Hankerson's songs in his former band Steve Arrington's Hall of Fame,Weak at the Knees, has been sampled by Tu-Pac, Ice Cube, Jay-Z, and Snoop Dogg, and now he goes off on his own solo journey. Psychedelic retro-funk is the main ingredient and Buddy Hankerson and company stirs in a wide array of influences that make our music history so rich and diverse. The vocals are smooth and are set to a backdrop that will have a deaf person nodding along in agreement. Sweet.
